Modifications may be negotiated where the size of the contract, nature of the work, industry set rate, or other circumstances as required.

Mediation
  • Full day rate: $2000 (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or portion of the day exceeding 4 hours).  $300/hour after 5:00 p.m.
  • Half day rate: $1000 (4 hour period or portion thereof); Preparation and writing time billed at $175/hour

Consulting
  • $150 - $300 per hour dependent upon the nature of the services required, time lines, and the size of the contraction

 

Arbitration
  • $2000 per day (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or portion of the day exceeding 4 hours).  $300/hour after 5:00 p.m.
  • Half day rate: $1000 (4 hour period or portion thereof); Preparation and writing time billed at $175/hour

Investigation
  • $150 to $200 per hour
    Rate will be billed for all investigation work, including interviews, research, client meetings and telephone discussions, and report writing.  Travel time will be billed at half day rate for in-town travel and full rate for out-of-town travel.

Expenses

All expenses and disbursements are billed separately within one week of being incurred.

 

An Invoice will be issued at the completion of each discrete phase of the work or on a monthly basis, where the duration of the work exceeds on month.

A cancellation fee will be charged when notification of cancellation is given less than three (3) business days before the scheduled date.
